Syrup of date (brown liquid with 67 degrees Brix)
Both are healthy products extracted from the tunisian date cultivars. They were obtained by an eco-friendly processes; diffusion in hot water (60°C), and without adding harmful components.
We can use syrup of dates for :
- Fermentation (citric acid, vinegar, yeast, …)
- Refreshing drinks with date flavor
- Confectionery and pastry
- Canned Foods
